Strawberry Chia Pot
Below I’m combining it with almond milk and soy yogurt and vitamin rich strawberries as they’re coming into season now.
Another advantage is that you make it the evening before and leave it in the fridge overnight. Great for those rushed mornings during the week when time is of the essence.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup almond milk (vanilla flavoured preferable)
1 soy yogurt pot (125gm)
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp chia seeds
6 almonds sliced
Topping
6 strawberries
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend all ingredients in a bowl the night before
Stir after 15 mins to separate the chia seeds
Place in fridge overnight in sealed bowl or container
Before serving, add strawberries and maple syrup if desired
